These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BeliefScope, including tests, results, reports, blog content, account features, checkout flows, and related services. By using BeliefScope, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You may use BeliefScope only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when needed for checkout, support, or account access.

Use of tests and reports

BeliefScope tests and reports are provided for personal, non-commercial self-reflection, education, and entertainment. You may use your own results for personal insight, discussion, and learning. You may not present BeliefScope results as clinical diagnoses, professional evaluations, employment screening, legal determinations, or authoritative classifications of another person.

You are responsible for your own choices and decisions. BeliefScope content should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice. Please read the Disclaimer for important limitations.

Purchases

Paid reports and bundles grant you access to premium content for the associated test result. Access is tied to your result and, if provided, your account or email. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to pay any applicable charges shown at checkout.

Prices, product names, included features, and availability may change over time. A purchase gives you access to the specific product or report described at the time of checkout; it does not guarantee future features, future tests, or future changes to the service.

Refunds

Digital reports may be delivered immediately after purchase. If you have a billing issue or believe a purchase was made in error, contact us with the relevant details. Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may revoke access to the related report or bundle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BeliefScope. This includes attempting to break security, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer private systems, interfere with other users, upload malicious content, use the service for unlawful activity, resell reports without permission, or use results to harm, discriminate against, manipulate, or unfairly judge another person.

Content and intellectual property

BeliefScope, including its design, text, tests, scoring models, reports, images, audio, code, branding, and other content, is owned by BeliefScope or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create competing products from our content without permission, except where allowed by law.

You retain responsibility for information you submit, including test responses, contact messages, and account details. By submitting information, you allow us to process it as needed to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of BeliefScope at any time. We try to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

BeliefScope is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions made based on test results, reports, automated content, or general information on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeliefScope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost access, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of BeliefScope after changes means you accept the updated terms.
