Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store your full card number, CVC, or complete payment credentials on our servers. We may store purchase status, receipt references, product access records, and payment provider identifiers so we can deliver paid reports and support billing questions.

Service providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics, database storage, security, and AI-assisted report generation. These providers process information only as needed to help us operate BeliefScope.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain access to purchased reports, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect security, and improve the product. If you delete your data, some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, payment records, or legal compliance records.
